These traditional memorials come in a wide variety of standard or custom styles, shapes and sizes. Slants are midway in height between the lower bevel markers and upright monuments. Slant granite markers provide more design options and opportunities compared to flat granite markers. Because thevmemorial is slanted upwards, sides can be pitched or chiseled to create a natural boulder-like look to contrast the polished, reflecting face of the marker. The addition of a base supporting the slant also provides another dignified design dimension, including positioning of vases next to slant markers.
